Like most things it takes a little getting used to, especially the different metals that can detect. Instructions are good and if kept parallel to the ground and watch how deep things are it seems accurate most of the time. A bit like science and art combined to find things. But a good value and well worth the expenditure for us.

Works well. Found a few coins I had tossed in the yard as a test. Also found a buried chunk of metal in the yard.

Bought this for my son and tested it in my yard in a 1/2 hour I found 5 wheat pennies a buckle a snap and some rubbish I am really impressed with this detector some of the coins were 6+ inches in the ground

It is not that I disliked the product. I did not need to detector by the time it arrived. Please send a return slip. That is all I need. The product may be amazing! I have not opened the box to find out.
