Paired this with a couple of 1/4 weights and works perfectly for virtual tours.

the selfie stick boasts a sturdy build that exudes reliability, providing a stable foundation for capturing memorable moments. The extension mechanism, a crucial feature, impresses with its user-friendly design, ensuring both ease of use and safety during adjustments. The choice of materials contributes to a pleasant tactile experience, elevating the overall feel of the selfie stick. Additionally, the thoughtful design of the grip adds a touch of comfort, making extended usage more bearable.

However, a notable downside emerges in the form of its weight. The selfie stick tends to lean towards the heavier side, becoming more apparent during prolonged use. While the robust construction is an asset, the additional weight introduces a physical challenge, turning a leisurely photo session into a potential arm workout.

Back 20 years or so ago, I was a newly-hired photographer for a community newspaper in Michigan. One of my first shoots was covering the holiday parade. Determined to bring a new twist to our coverage of the long-running, annual event, I walked into the center of the parade route and precariously held my bulky DSLR camera aloft using a three-legged light stand. I’m sure not everyone was impressed at the time, but when we ran the photos many, hopefully, appreciated having a view of the parade that they had never seen before.
Fast forward to the K&F extension pole and the introduction of lightweight action cameras—the light stand stays in the studio where it belongs, and the aluminum alloy K&F pole proves itself up to the task.
The six-section, telescoping pole extends to five feet. At that length I have had lesser poles begin to bend and sway. The K&F pole remains solid, and despite its rugged build weighs a trim 6.4 ounces.
I appreciate the thoughtful design. I’ve used similar poles, and not all include the simple but invaluable feature of having a 1/4” threaded connector at their base. The connector allows for mounting the pole on a tripod—miniature to full size—to take the camera or anything else with a corresponding male connecter to even new heights.
At the opposite end, there is a 1/4” threaded connector for attaching an action camera adapter (included). The adapter allows for adjusting the angle of the attached camera, compact light, smart phone clamp or other device. The rubber collar of the threaded connector helps prevent any unwelcome rotation of the camera.

This is an upgraded selfie stick that extends up to 5 feet without the additional tripod mount. I am able to use my GoPro 12 with no issues. Extending it allows a different vantage point. There is no feeling of it falling out or twisting oddly in your hands as the shaft is sturdy. I am eager to use it on a Insta360 camera in the future. The length and materials of this K&F Concept is excellent. I have a few short tripods with 1/4" threaded screws that I can utilize onto the bottom of this stick. Great design that allows versatility to your photo/video shooting options. The lower part of the selfie stick has a stickier rubberized-like finish to better grip it. It is lightweight but a little longer than most selfie sticks when fully closed down (over 12 inches) so you have to plan on how to travel with this.

For the sake of an honest review, I am not using this as a selfie stick. I am using this more as a monopole along with a set of tripod legs I use on the bottom of the stick. This works as a much lighter monopole and SHOULD NOT be used for anything heavier than an action camera. To keep weight down (travel rig) I was looking for an alternate to a heavier monopole and this fits the bill just fine. I use this both fully (floor) and partially (table) extended so that I can walk back and get a wider image for my shot. As a selfie stick, this extends to about 5' which is longer than other selfie sticks I have used in the past. Extended, there is very little wobble, and remains rigid. Retracts to just under 12" and is light enough. Overall this is of high quality which is indicative of K&F products as a whole.

This K&F Concept selfie stick is very nice. It is made of aluminum and is very light. There are six extension pieces which gives you a lot of options on how long you want the stick to be. The tension between sections is high so I don't expect there to be any slippage in use. You also get an adapter to mount a GoPro or similar item. With my Insta360 X3, the stick was invisible in 360 images. There's a female 1/4" receptacle on the bottom to add a tripod and a male version on the top for the Insta360. I got this for my GoPro as I already have the Insta version but have no issue with using this as a backup or replacement. Very nice product.

So I purchased the insta360 x3 with the 114cm selfie stick and later bought the 3M stick as well. What I realized was that the 3M stick is quite unwieldy as well as heavy. The same opinion is reflected most places on the internet. So, I started carrying the 114 cm stick. However, I had been wondering why there is no intermediate length stick and viola, this one delivers what I was looking for. It is 153cm per the description which adds 40cms on top of the insta360 stick. Given that the price is pretty much the same as the official stick, the key consideration was the quality. Happy to report that even quality wise it seems very similar to the insta360 official stick. The material seems similar, I cannot find any differences really. The extension method is friction based and it extends and collapses the same way. You can stop the extension at any length because it is friction extension. I stuck my insta360 on it and shook it gently and there is no issues in holding the weight.

The stick is about 2.5 inches longer than the insta360 but that is to be expected given the longer total length. The extra length when collapsed does not bother me at all. The 1/4" thread at the bottom is present just like the official one.

Overall, build quality, construction, materials, all are top notch. This is a solid 5/5 and given the price, a great value for money.

I was searching for a lightweight telescopic stick in order to use it with my tripod, my phone clamp and my very heavy case for my iPhone 15, and my microphone and this stick was exactly what I needed as it is light yet robust and it’s versatile as it can be used both as a selfie stick and a tripod as it has 1/4” thread at the bottom and screw at top. In total my gear on top weighs about half a kilo and it’s handling it very well. Highly recommend!

Huge size extended. Retracted quite compactly. Can be used with a small ball head and tripod, it can be quickly used for compact cameras and remote controls. Not for large cameras with heavy lenses. Shelf life I can't say anything yet. However, it does not give the impression of becoming too easy to move in and out so quickly. Good quality apparently.

This is a really nicely made selfie stick from K&F. It extends smoothly, with a good amount of friction meaning it'll stay in which ever position you place it. The stick grip area is made out of silicon making the contact point easy to maintain a firm grip, versus not. I like the addition of the 1/4" screw connector at the bottom of the stick to add a tripod. I will say at this point level it's very easy to find selfie sticks that come with a tripod included versus this one that does not. This feels like a premium product and will certainly please those seeking such an item.

The overall length is excellent, as demonstrated in my photo. Plus when extended it's still very stiff versus not.

It's important to me when attaching an expensive piece of equipment to a selfie stick that it'll remain attached. This stick certainly provides that reassurance. Plus really like the idea of being able to add my own mounts to the stick beyond the simple GoPro option.
