It is not a product for everyone, since to use it you must previously have the Smallrig matte box (or one that accepts the same type of 4 x 5.65 inch filter. The filter is made of Japanese optical glass with a multi-layer coating that prevents reflections and chromatic aberrations. The filter is 4 mm thick and fits perfectly into our matte box, providing excellent image quality and optimal color reproduction, not altering the tone or contrast of the image, and only reducing the amount of light that enters the lens. Great product, at a reasonable price for what it is.

A nice tool for photographers using Smallrig matte box and looking to control exposure in bright light conditions. Looks high quality. With this tool, I'm able to have the results that I like.

This filter is certainly not for most average users, but is limited to inserting it into a matte box of the same size as is used for filming. In addition to the filter, there is a protective leather bag. Despite the coating, the glass is scratch-resistant and this obviously ensures the durability of the product. Totally worth the price.

I’m very happy with the quality of this product. It’s lightweight and with mt Smallrig matte box. Price is half the smallrig.
