94" Transverse Center Column Video Tripod 22lbs/10kg Load With Detachable Monopod High Aluminum Cameara Tripod For Dslr Slr, T254a8+Bh-28l (Sa254t1)
SKU: GKF09.086B
Finally a tripod that doesn't give you a back, but allows you to take pictures at eye level.
The 90° boom is a real highlight. Stable enough for an SLR with a large travel lens.
The orange anodized color makes a very valuable impression.
This tripod is well thought out.
Ground-level camera work, repro shots and taking a panoramic picture overhead, everything becomes child's play.
With a little practice, assembly or conversion can be done very quickly.

I'm a part-time photographer, I mainly do architecture and interior photography, but whenever I can I like to look for locations for landscape, nature, long exposure and night photography.
Buying a tripod online without being able to test it is risky, but 3 or 4 years ago I started trusting the K&F Concept brand and to date they have not disappointed me. I have a backpack, filters, led lights, even other travel tripods that I love. So I decided to try this model that also has an incredible working height.
I still need to find the ideal day to try it on a long exposure photo of the milky way, but from what I've tried so far it seems like a perfect tripod for everything and at a fairly reasonable price.
I like it because just extending the legs puts the camera at eye level (I'm 1.93m), and just picking up the last section of each leg puts the camera at an excellent height for taking indoor photos (1 ,40m approx). In addition, it has a central column with two sections that, in addition to gaining height, can be turned 90 and left completely horizontal. As you can see in one of the photos, the fully extended and vertical tripod reaches the height of a mini-basketball basket (approximately 2.40 m). The head is very fluid and I find it perfectly usable for tracking and panning for video.
It features 4 sections on each leg, plus one of the legs can be easily detached and used as a monopod. The head is resistant and supports SLR cameras with professional lenses, up to 10 kg, in my case with my heaviest camera and lens, it doesn't even get messy.
In other brands it would not be unusual for them to ask you for twice the money to have the same thing. Highly recommended.

additional stability. One complaint I have to do with the included ball joint mount. The ball head locking mechanism is on the right side, relative to the U-slot which allows for upward aiming beyond the ball head's normal range. This means that if you need to make camera adjustment when using the u-slot, you have to awkwardly reach with your left hand, or reach all the way around with your left hand, because you have to use your right hand to hold the camera steady while you adjust the locking mechanism. The other option is to hold the camera with your left hand, but this requires you to hold the camera by the lens or awkwardly by the body. The other thing that I don't like is that you have to remove the hook at the bottom of the central column if you want to reverse the central column to position your camera closer to the ground. I haven't used enough tripods to know if the quick release is good or not. It can sometimes be difficult to put back in place, but this could be due to operator error. Overall I am very happy with this tripod and would recommend it to anyone who is tall or looking for an extra tall tripod for specific uses. but this may be due to operator error. Awesome tripod,
I tried it as soon as it arrived and was amazed at how tall it is when full extended,
The quality is amazing and it’s super sturdy, comes with a real nice carry bag too,
K&F manufacture some really nice products, I’d have no problem purchasing in the future, highly recommend this tripod for quality.

As an ambitious amateur photographer, I am actually quite well equipped when it comes to tripods (travel, etc.). However, for my product and macro shots, I often lacked the opportunity to bring the camera into a 90-degree position without constantly having the tripod legs on the photo. During my research I came across the tripods from K&F.
I already have a few backpacks and filters from K&F and have always been impressed by the price/performance ratio.
For me, the most important feature of this tripod is the 90 degree foldable center column. The photos show the positions in which the camera can be placed. A tripod plate is included, but I attached an L-bracket to my Canon EOS M5, which I use instead of the plate. Fits wonderfully!
The tripod makes a solid and stable impression. The center column, which can be rotated by 90 degrees, was the reason for my purchase and this function is simply brilliant. It allows for so many different positions! I can really recommend the tripod. I think there is also a smaller version that is a bit cheaper. I figured the larger version would probably be more stable too. In addition to my small M5, I often use my Canon EOS RP with extension handle and a Canon EF 100mm L 2.8 Macro for my shots. This station wagon has a little more weight than the M5.
So I have a clear recommendation to buy the tripod.

I recently purchased this tripod and it is definitely what I was looking for! I am a Youtube content creator and was looking for an affordable upgrade. What interested me the most was the horizontal function. I usually need a bird's eye/overhead view not only for my videos but also for photography, this feature will be very useful. This tripod offers many other options that I look forward to using. For example, the head can pan very smoothly, which will be great for panoramic shots or a cinematic feel. I was blown away how high you can extend the tripod, which will be amazing for photography or events. Turning the tripod into a multi-angle or a monopod depending on your needs is quite simple with the user's friend's guide brochure. It includes a travel case that is perfect for storing or taking on the go. It is not too heavy but still very solid. If you need more support, you can easily attach a sandbag/weight to the hook at the bottom. All in all, I highly recommend this tripod to any photographer/video maker. It's a great professional tripod that's well built but won't break the bank. Not too heavy but still very sturdy. Hello dear buyer, My current rating is not a rating for professionals. I bought an expensive tripod based on the logic "higher price - better quality". And I was not disappointed. I am completely satisfied. Sincerely, Nikolas E.

Joints are sloppy, especially the leg joints. The ball joint either holds or the camera flops over. I'm not yet sure the saving is enough to offset the lower quality. Similar tridops can be more expensive but are probably a better option based on quality and ease of use.

I finally found a tripod with a built-in monopod that replaces my selfie stick. It is possible to take pictures with the Pentax from a height of approx. using the remote control. What's also important to me is the camera's smooth, wobble-free panning for capturing wildlife and landscapes. Works very well. Thanks to the ball joint, the Pentax can be adjusted and locked in any position in no time. And thanks to the rotating center post, the camera can also hold a few millimeters above it for ground shots without me having to lie in the mud or have the DSLR touch it. The materials used make a very good impression on me.
