This is a well built tripod. All the engineering is solid and I've had the tripod in the field several times now with no difficulties at all. It stays locked in the position you place it in. The added bonus is that it has the arm that can hold the camera out over the edge of a deck or dock - which I've already utilized. Highly recommended.

This is my first tripod with the ability to make flat-lay photos.
The tripod has a massive quality, I feel it will last long.

Surprisingly good. It has a bunch of variations that all seem very solid. Great for anything from macro to landscapes. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I could define this tripod as Sturdy, really tall, and quite flexible. Even though joins are not the sturdiest in the market, you can't go wrong for this price. It's not too heavy, but it's really versatile. 10/10 would buy again.

I was looking for a tall tripod and found this one. Fits the need for a taller then normal tripod but as I used it more it seems very versatile. So have to give it a check in the "lot of bang for the buck" box. I may change the head to one that has a arm on it. There is a reason you do not find real tall tripods, once you have one up over 72" it is tough to look thru the camera unless you bring a step ladder. I have found that if you have a monitor or app you can see if your shot is what you want. If not then you can rotate the "mast" to adjust the horizontal and if you put one of the tripod legs to the rear of the direction your shooting you can adjust that leg for the vertical. Not the toughest (You give up some of that for lightweight) but for the price I would not hesitate to by another if I lost this one to a mishap.

I have already used this tripod a number of times and it is fantastic...especially for the price. So then why 4 stars and not 5? While minor, there were a couple of screws that were not properly adjusted. The camera mount head was not properly tightened allowing the camera to shake. Beyond that the extension that can be swiveled to a 90 degree angle could use a bit of internal support beyond the "stop here" marker. It just feels like the tube would crush easily there.The issues are extremely minor and easy to work around or fix, so I still highly recommend this product.

On Amazon, you can spend $12,000 on a tripod. You can also spend as little as $20 on a tripod. In this case, you're spending just a bit over $100 and you're getting an excellent all-around tripod. It may not be the most high tech and top of the line product out there, but for the serious photographer or videographer, this is an outstanding solution.I love how tall it can be. I took a photo of myself next to it. I am 175 cm tall. If you put it in the monopod mode, you can make it even taller. It's quite flexible.the main downside of it is that the directions are quite lacking. I took a photo of all the relevant pages. On the other hand, the operation is fairly intuitive so with a bit of fiddling, you should be able to figure out how to make it work. Everything is quite smooth. You don't have a jerky feel to it. Everything seems well-lubricated.I hope the photos are helpful at giving you an idea of what you get. I also like that it comes with a carrying case with a nice handle strap and shoulder strap that is optional. Overall, it's an outstanding value. I recommend it. I have been videoing all over the place. This will be a welcome addition to my arsenal.

I couldn't find any flaws in the fit and finish of this tripod. It all seems very well made and quite sturdy. All the tightening/locking knobs worked smoothly and securely. With the various configurations available, you can get plenty of height with this tripod, or get right down to the ground with your camera (or whatever) mounted underneath the tripod. For the price, I'd say this is a really impressive item.
