I have several similar style lights that I use primarily for accent lighting, as the are small and very flexible in output. Whether you need to get color temp matched to the ambient lighting - or to create a contrasting or colorful background - these little lights a great for small areas in use by many podcasters.
What makes these lights special for me is that they have some manual knobs. It's easy to get you in the right part of the menu before you "dial in" what you precisely need. I especially like this feature when the light is mounted on the camera and used in shots requiring adjustment after each shot. Overall this light is a winner!

I got this light to mount to my cellphone camera cage. I like the light and the color options are nice.
I used it for product photography a few times and it did a great job at lighting everything up.
Battery life is good but I haven't used it long enough to use up the battery.
It's a nice little light and does the job I need it for.

This is a handy little light that works well for desktop photography and is great for adding that little bit of backlighting you want for a quick portrait. Controls are easy to operate and easy to find, nice big chunky knobs. I like that there are 1/4 20 screws on top and bottom.
I have no way to measure the output strength or color, but it seems fine to my eye.
Battery life seems fine, I have used it for 30-plus minutes at a time and had no issues.
It has fallen out of my bag once or twice without any ill effects.
My biggest complaint is that the magnets are a little weak. They don't seem to hold well to thin, smooth steel and will slide down on a vertical surface, but they work fine on thicker gauge steel like a car door. Magnets are encased in plastic so they won't scratch a pained surface.
Very good value for the money.
My Granddaughter loves the effects lighting and says it is like having a portable disco.

Small and light enough to not notice that it is part of your pack. It provides just enough light at close distances to allow you to capture some head and shoulder shots while out and about. This is not going to blow you away as a primary key light but it can help save a shot in some low light conditions. The fact that this can add some RGB to your shot helps when needing to add some creativity to your images. I hardly ever use any of the effects with lights like this but they are there if you need them. Also very good as a small practical light to add a touch of color behind objects. Overall a great value.

Super affordable for a little RGB light, this is one of my favorite little lights.
Made well, easy to use and adjust, and small enough to put anywhere.
Great for accent lighting, but could be use as a key light for smaller set ups.
It looks super cool too, and the knobs have a good feel.
Light output is great for such a little light and battery life has been pretty great too!

This is a pretty nice backup and effects light. It doesn't weight a whole lot, you can get quite a number of colors out of it, and the battery lasts a decent amount of time.

Bought it for my round-trip in this summer and its great. Help me enough to fill light when I took a photo or made a video at night. Easy to use.

What I really like about this light is how easy it is to use. Whether you're setting the color of this light with temperature values or with hue and saturation, it's as easy as twisting a knob and looking at the value on the display. You don't have to hold a button down and wait for it to cycle through, or press it a hundred times. Additionally, since you've got an actual value on the display you can easily get back to the exact same settings again. The only way to make this better would be to add a programmable bank so you could record your favorite settings. I'm not really used to working in HSV, I'm more used to RGB, but with a little printout of a color wheel I'm sure I'll get the hang of it quickly enough.
The light is bright enough for my use, which tends to be close up photography. With two mounting sockets, I can put it on a stand with the knobs facing whichever way is most convenient for me. It also comes with a cold shoe for mounting on a camera.
Besides the two color modes, it comes with some effects modes which would be fun for video.
Overall, I'm very happy with this.
