This is a nice little compact fill in light. Clearly from the threaded socket it is trying to be photographic equipment and I probably wouldn't use it in a general photographic setup. It is not that high a quality.
What I do use it for and it works very well is as a fill in light for when I am on zoom calls or want to illuminate something that I am photographing on the desktop. For that it is brilliant (no pun intended). The light essentially has two modes that are really useful for photography, a RGB mode and colour temperature option. For most purposes I use the temperature option and set it to 5800 K for a daytime light balance and that works well. There is a third set of options which runs through a large list of strange animated options none of which I can think of a use for but they are there if you want them.
Extra things that are in the could be useful category are inbuilt magnets so if you have a metal surface you can mount it just by sticking it to it. Probably not that useful because the chance that a random metal surface faces the way you want is low. Less useful are the cold shoe attachment because mounted right next to a camera is often the worst place for a light, and the lanyard because to be honest there is zero chance that a light on a lanyard will point the right way.
Recommended but ignore the effects settings.

I really love this little light. It is palm sized, lightweight, and produces a lot of light for its size. It is has 2x1/4" tripod mount screw holes, comes with a DLSR flash cold mount, and it magnetic on rear side. It is battery powered or USB-C.
It has 3 modes:
White that you can change the temperature from 2500K-9900K and adjust the brightness from 1-100%.
Colour, ranged from 1-360 which covers a mix from blue through to red, again with brightness.
Light effects: 21 effects that includes strobes, B&W TV flicker, blue and red police flashing lights, ambulance and fire truck lights, club effects, fire and candle effects.
Things I don't like:
The dials are oversized and too close together, they look they are taken off of a cheap childs toy. The main issue is that to change setting from max to min takes about 20 revolutions of the dial which is very frustrating.
The light effects are mostly gimmicks, the colours of the fire/candles are way too red and don't have any subtlety with the flickering, the strobes have odd patterns which limits usages, and the only one with a constant on/off strobe is unpleasntly very fast.
The issues above aside, I really love this little light, it has a ton of uses for video and photography.

Great product but the battery drains too fast. Maybe mine is defective, maybe the battery is small so it’s suppose to die fast. I get a bit more life when I turn down the brightness but still..

This is a great light at an unbeatable size and price! I have showed these off to everyone, and they are all very impressed at all the brightness and all the different functions. I wish the battery lasted a little longer, but honestly with the size they are still amazing at all aspects. They get a little warm but nothing that I have ever been concerned about. I would buy again, and recommend them to anyone!

This light is small and lightweight so super easy to throw into a purse or travel bag. It has a variety of fun effects and colors and I love the LED display for changing the effect, brightness etc and checking the battery life. At maximum brightness the battery only lasts an hour or two so you’re gonna have to recharge it if you’re doing a longer shoot.

Cheap, lightweight, holds a charge, color accurate, what more could you ask for? K&F makes great bang for the buck accessories, I love all of their filters. If you're a filmmaker or a portrait/fashion photographer then you know how much of a difference easy quick lighting can be when on location. These are cheap enough to get ten and throw all around a location for beautiful accents. Magnets work great, and I love when I can reduce the amount of tripods I use. Can't recommend this light enough!

These are the same features of many similar lights where they have different scenes like emergency vehicles, a candle flickering, a tv (changing brightness), etc. They are very nicely built and also look a little cooler than similar generic ones. And these are also from a well known trusted brand. I am very happy with these lights! 5 stars.
