I have been collecting flashlights for about 6 years now. I also have many headlamps and some lanterns also. This look interesting, so I ordered it.This light is COOL.... It can light an area with diffused light or you can aim the head where you want the light. The lighthead telescopes up to make a bigger area of light.Seriously, this thing is sweet.... we really like it and are happy to have it.... I even ordered a second one..

I can't say enough about this light!!! When we camp it's very hard to light up the picnic table. This light is the answer. It has different settings and is easy to set up and take down. It is also small and fits into a backpack or small place.

The light is very bright. I love how compact the item is for packing/space purposes. Fits easily in a backpack, but then opens up to a full lantern and stand. Really nicely designed product!

This little light was more useful than expected. I use it a lot when doing maintenance on my car where battery powered lights are more ideal than corded ones. Lots of functions, cool little lamp.

This is a great little light. Feels very solid and well-built. Amazing design, with so many useful functions. The telescoping pole for varied height applications, magnet for horizontal placement, different temperature & brightness of light. My favorite is the ability to set the perfect height and glow to downlight supper without blinding you. Excellent addition to our teardrop camper kit.

I got this light as a wishlist gift. The light functionality works well, the telescoping seems sturdy, I love that the color temperature is changeable. The one thing that is a big downer is that it is barely magnetic. The description says there are 6 neodymium magnets, I place the light against a vertical metal surface and there was barely any sign of the magnet being attracted to the surface. It's as magnetic as those really cheap fridge magnets maybe even less. Disappointed in that part but other than that, this light will definitely be used when hiking/camping.Update: The magnets are not exposed when the legs are closed. Once I opened up the legs, the light was able to stay attached to metal surfaces with ease. Chalk it up to user error. Updated from 3 stars to 5 stars

These things are super cool and totally functional for camping. We love how bright it was and how we could direct the light how we saw fit. There wasn't a single situation that it wasn't useful for. Oh, I should clarify, by camping I mean car camping or overlanding, it's too heavy for backpacking.
