I bought this to locate radiant heat tubes in a floor that I needed to cut and drill into. It worked great, I was able to avoid cutting any tubes. The only problem is the mounting is a little wonky, I had to remove the phone case to get the camera to make a reliable connection. This is a minor inconvenience as I don't use Thermal Camera often but might be a consideration for heavy users.

Works as advertised. I use this to identify areas with inadequate/missing insulation in my house. This has already paid for itself in heating/cooling savings.

This thermal camera is great for finding air leaks, water leaks, missing insulation, etc.

We are currently using this camera around our home and it works great for seeing where heat loss is in our home, as well as for spotting studs!

Product does what I expected and more at a great price. I’m a facilities director after many years of commercial construction hands on and management, moving on to property and facilities. I can’t speak for durability of the product as I treat my tools with care, but it’s holding up. And for less than $300? I’ll upgrade when this one goes. Pics are of a dimmer switch, nursing home dementia ward. There were concerns of the switch being hot to the touch, but the camera let us know we were well within regulations and even further below acceptable temps set by underwriters.
