I have one of these that is a 1/4 Mist plus a CPL. I actually like this one without the CPL better because it is thinner. I don't have a style where I am often shooting through glass anyway. I love the pics I've been getting from this. K&F never disappoints.

These filters, both the 1/8 and the 1/4, are really good value. They blur light sources and soften skin and they don’t seem to add any noticeable color shift. They are aluminum, so they can and will bind up. Wish they were brass but you can’t have everything. They are well made and they work like they should. I’m keeping mine in my filter pouch for those moments that need something like these.

This K&F Concept 1/4 black diffusion filter was perfect for adding a subtle yet aesthetic flare to my videos. I love how the filter blooms the highlights without blurring the image too drastically giving it a stylistic "vibey" image. The filter comes packaged in a plastic container that I use to transport the filter keeping it protected. Additionally it comes packaged with a nice lens cap and lanyard for the cap and a set of lens wipes. I think for the price this is a simple way to give your videos and photos a little more mood at a budget.

During my many decades as a serious amateur and professional photographer I have done countless portraits with both film and with modern digital cameras. Modern high-end cameras, including my newest mirror-less model, have incredible sharpness which is not always appreciated by my older subjects whose faces reveal the ravages of weather and time.
With my portraits on film I would always soften the images in the darkroom which produces a much more flattering look without appearing to be out-of-focus. Now with digital images, I can make significant changes with my portrait software but it requires time-consuming post-photography processing. Having this diffusion filter is now a time saver because portraits taken with it are already flattering. That reduces and sometimes eliminates the time I must spend processing my portraits.

I've been experimenting with this filter, and it's been a game-changer for my photography. It softens the highlights and gives a subtle glow, especially noticeable in portraits and night scenes. The build quality feels solid, and it fits snugly on my lens without any issues.
While I love the cinematic effect it provides, I've noticed that in very bright conditions, the glow can be a bit too pronounced. But overall, it's a fantastic addition to my gear, adding that extra flair to my images without compromising too much on sharpness.

This 77mm diffusion filter kit from K&F comes with a lens cap as well as a little tethering cable and lens cleaning cloth. The diffusion filter adds a really nice look to the photos and videos. The filter functions exactly as I would expect. And the lens cap attaches very securely as well. For someone who often uses step up rings for filters, the lens cap is really handy because the smaller lens' original caps don't fit the 77mm filter. I would highly recommend this versatile kit!

use it on my viltrox 23mm f1.4 lens, and it was great for that cinematic, diffusion effect. spun right on and works as expected.

This filter performed beautifully and exactly as I expected it to. The 1/4 black mist took just the finiest edge off of sharpness and contrast, giving the effect of shooting through a light fog. Haloing around point sources of light was noticeable, but not distracting.
