After reading reviews and watching videos on different tripods, I had decided on this one. This will be my first tripod, the price was decent. Its heavier than I was expecting, but it doesn't bother me, but can be carried with one hand. Its very easy to use, a manual is provided. The bag that arrives with the tripod is awesome its a zip bag and a strap is provided, compared to others which are a pull string type , the ball head of the tripod also has it own little bag. It doesn't feels cheap Im really impressed, can't wait to test it.Review:After testing the tripod, when closing one of the legs won't go in, unless I use a little force. So I'm assuming that it's broken already

Purchased as a temporary cheap smaller tripod to go on a trip with as I didn't want to lug my huge monster around, was very pleasantly surprised by the quality! Tripod is compact, sturdy and the nicely chunky ball head copes with my 7D and Sigma 100-300 F4 (about 2.5kg together) with no problems regardless of angle, with the bonus that it happily accepted the Arca Swiss plate already mounted to the lens. Panning is smoothly damped. Packs up very small indeed, and goes very low with the legs spread out and the shorter centre tube fitted. Can't really fault it for the price, and wouldn't have felt much differently had I paid double.Bad points - Leg locks feel a bit cheap, but do the job perfectly well. Wouldn't want to use it with the centre post extended very far, but that's the same with most tripods regardless of brand.I have certainly purchased much lower quality gear with far more expensive names on when it comes to tripods -

Been using this now for just over 10 weeks and it's very good. I only really do landscape panoramas, so a good tripod is essential and this seems to work really well.Pretty quick to set up and fold away, light and feels solid. The only slight issue (and this might just be me), is that you need to make sure that the dial base is tight (turn clock wise) as it has come lose a couple of times when I've been rushing and didn't check that it was tight (simply turn it clockwise / pan right with the camera on a couple of times and you feel it tighten up). This only happens sometimes when I'm taking photos from the right to the left and I've not slackened the lock enough (like I said, more then likely user error on my part). For the price, it's a very good and light tripod.

I've used it a few times and as yet can't fault it. It looks good and folds away neatly into a good sturdy bag, sop far an excellent buy

I had been looking at this one for a long time. Did a lot of research and amazed by its versatility. Monopod, tripod, macro, low height - all packed in one.

Good design but quality far below the good brand like Gitzo or Manfrotto, good value for the price though. Not for professional work.

I had several definite features in mind that I wanted as I researched this purchase. This tripod has all of them. Very satisfied with the item, and even more impressed that it is sold for this price. It is an incredible bargain. If you are in the market for a tripod, you can't go wrong with this one!
