WOW, very impressed! I've got $300 tripods that aren't built with this much quality. Don't hesitate to buy one of these!

This is the best tripod I've owned, but I haven't ever owned any tripod that cost more than $40 before. I think it is very sturdy and will be serving me for a long time. I will probably put a video head on it, although the panning is quite nice, I need a better tilt for video. the monopod works very well and feels good also. The wrist strap is a nice length to avoid a grip slip, yet still allow you to access all your camera's functions. The ball head that comes with is quite good, but I may need different movement for videography. All in all Good sticks for the price!

Love the additional height on these. My son is 6'4 and his tripod is smaller. I had him test it out before I decided whether to keep it or not. He does some photography and uses his tripod for fireworks, etc. This is extra tall and works well for him. Well, he's traded tripods with me and I ended up ordering my own! It is a little heavier than the small one, but it has it's own great carrying case. Could use more detailed instructions on the parts that come with it but my son figured it out in no time for me and walked me through it. It's set up in my living room now as I want to just grab it and go when the dogs are playing around in the yard. My son checked it for sturdiness, camera angles, security of camera. Now I don't have to worry about my hands moving when I take a picture that wont' happen again. Got a great shot of my dog jumping straight up to reach for a treat out of my husband's hand. Love it!

Extremely light and the carrying bag is great. Monopod feature is great to have as well.

Solid and versatile tripod! Great build quality with plenty of high adjustment. Also can be taken apart and quickly reassembled to make a handy monopod. It also has a handy feature which allows you to control the tightness of the tripod head, allowing you to take controlled panning shots. Would definitely recommend.

This tripod came packaged nicely and inside the box, you have the tripod itself, the ball head which is attached to the tripod and the carrying case which has a handle and shoulder strap. Also you have a velvet pouch which contains a Allen key, and a small centre post which you can swap out from the normal long one to get really low down to the ground for macro work. The tripods built quality is really good, the ball head is made really nice and feels solid. The tripod legs extend by loosening the screw locks on the legs. I find that these are faster to loosen and tighten up than the other clip style claps you get on other tripods. The ball head is really easy to use you have 3 turn dials, one at the top by the camera mount plate loosens the plate so you can remove the camera and place it onto the tripod and then turn it to tighten it up. The dial in the middle controls the actually ball head, and the one below that controls the panning so you can turn your camera left or right and this is pretty smooth. On the tripod centre colume you have a big turn dial which you turn to loosen so you can raise the centre post up or down and then tighten it when you have the right night and this is easy and fast to use. Also on the centre post you have a small hook which you can hang a weight or you hear bag to make the tripod more heavier so you don't get any shake in the wind which I like.If you do a look of macro photography and need to get really low to the ground, a very small centre post is included and you can attached the ball head and this will allow you to go lower because it won't hit the ground when to 3 legs are spread out.On the tripod leg with the foam grip you can unscrew that and it becomes a mono tripod which is really handy to have. It's really easy to sent up you just screw in the silver ball head screw and then attach the head and away you go.I have been using this with my mirrorless camera in the night time while doing long exposure and I've not had one picture which shows blur due to the wind. Mirrorless cameras are pretty light and this tripod is quite heavy duty. I think for the asking price of £60+ that's a good bargain. The build quality is great and it got some weight to it but not really heavy and the carrying case is handy to have included. I would recommend this if you have a DSLR with a medium/long lens, it's also good for a mirrorless camera but you could get away with having a lighter camera due to the weight of the camera. The only thing I'd like to be improved is the panning motion, it's a little bit stiff and I think it needs to be easy to spin it around with less effort.⚠️Disclaimer: I was supplied this item for free to test out and provide my own personal thoughts about the product.⚠️
Good tripod, you get a lot for your money, tripod + monopod with a ball head and carrying case. Bargain! Plus the gold is nice. This is a fantastic tripod! The build quality, look, and feel of the tripod is excellent! Looks, feels, and acts like a tripod that costs 3x or 4x what it actually costs! The base of the ball hinge has such a fantastically smooth pan; no matter how much pressure you put on the device while spinning, it maintains a smooth constant speed that can vary depending on how tight the screw is.The ability to convert into a monopod was a huge selling point. And as long as you can remember to bring the extra screw needed to convert it, the process is painless and simple. It will take you less than 2 minutes after learning how to convert it.Another great part about this tripod is how small it can get when fully collapsed. It fits nicely strapped to the side of my backpack, but can fully extend to above my height. Even at full extension it is strong and stable, if you need more sturdiness bring a backpack with some weight to it and hook it to the underneath of the tripod.Overall this tripod is amazingly well built and very versatile, a great purchase for beginners and experienced photographers alike!

Excellent product and, as important, the seller stands behind the product. Quick initial setup and great features - ball head, smooth horizontal panning. The lead photo in the ad was initially incorrect, but after I pointed it out, the company revised it and offered me a rebate to make up for the error.

This tripod is not as quick as I would like to use in a lot of situations, but that is a trade off for the versatility it provides. Only thing I have noted so far is that one of the legs has become looser than the others, but an alan wrench is provided to tighten it.I do with that the mounting plate was a quick release instead of a twist on.
