Pleased with my tripod, it's light and compact also has handy shoulder strap on the bag it packs away, which enables you to carry very easily.

looks good and sturdy, only used a few times when no wind is about however wouldn't leave camera attached to any tripod if not near it

Held my canon 700d perfectly, even in the wind. Brilliant bit of kit. Nice after feature is the hook at the bottom which made it easier to hold my camera bag and being able to access my items easier. Very sturdy I think. Definatly worth the purchase.

First Impression :On opening the box it was nice to see that the tripod comes in a carry bag. It fits well across my back or fits comfortably on my shoulder. What surprised me more than anything is how incredibly light in weight it is (Less than 1.5kg). This is a real benefit to me as I like to walk long distances and too much heavy equipment can be a real burden but this tripod is so manageable and convenient.Construction :The legs and centre coloum and support struts are made of Aluminium. The other parts being in a heavy duty plastic. It is well made. All parts are smooth to operate.Operation :It is quick to open the legs and unlock them to extend. Each leg being in 3-sections. They easily lock and unlock and most importantly move freely. I particularly like the flexible rubber/moveable feet as well as the hook. I have had much more expensive tripods that do not come with these functions. The hook really helps for hanging a bag or rucksack onto, this helps with the stabilisation. The Centre column raises by turning the handle and the base locking nut can be tightened to prevent any vertical movement. At full extension it is more than high enough. I’m around 6ft tall and I would not want it any higher.Head :This is a Pan and Tilt 3-way head that moves 360 degrees. Slight adjustments can easily be made in all directions. It is easy to tighten and loosen off. The Quick release plate connects easily to your camera and the camera with plate mounts easily and locks into place. What I Like :I like the fact that there is a handle on the tripod it-self. This makes it so easy to move around without having to fold the legs in. Not 1 but 2 levels, ideal for the legs and also one on the head, enables you to visibly ensure that your levels are completely correct. Conclusion :My photo shows a Canon 1ds body with 85mm L lens. It easily takes the weight. I have confidence in this tripod with this set up I’m using. I would like to say that it is excellent value for money and I highly recommend it. Thank you for reading my review.

This tripod is quite sturdy and is incredibly light weight. It folds easliy and fits in it carying case very well, making it easy to store. The height is easy to adjust both up and down. I was surprised when I extended the legs and center pole all the way and it went over my head.I love that i can now take family photos with me in them as I can now use the timer on my camera. It also helps me to be steady and get better photos of my crochet items and bath products. It's a great addition to my camera equipment.

Seems sturdy, much more so than the $20 one I had been using for years. Would have been nice to have atleast a small instruction paper in the box. Using the handle to increase the height was a bit hard to figure out since it wasn't easily going up to the point I thought I might break it. That handle seems a bit cheap, might be better to make it out of metal instead of what seems to be plastic (lets hope it doesn't break anytime soon). The legs don't easily extend without pulling them (I'm used to them just sliding down via gravity when the release is undone) but it is nice that there is a bit more tension to make sure they hold correctly. Will take a little getting used to, but initially I think there could be some small improvements made....I'll see how it works when I use with my actual camera
