This flash is easy to install and operate. I have not used it enough to get an idea of battery life yet. The Battery door is kind of hard to get closed and if you are not a patient person I could see some people breaking it. Some reviews mention the flash spinning around on their lens, I can see that happening. See mine mounted, it is up side down and stays put just fine. I was considering the Canon for around $550. I am very glad I bought this one instead.

I purchased this for my Nikon D3200 just a few monthes ago and it has increased the quality of my lighting a lot! Works just as promised, and such a great bargain!

I tried this flash when I received it, packaging is great by the way, little case to keep everything safe. Solid material, does not feel cheap at all. I tried all the features and everything works as described. ETTL works great even with the flash compensation, and works perfectly in manual mode too. Tried the left and right feature, again this does the job, I saw a difference in the object I was taking a picture of. The picture with this light was better than the picture with ambient light, so I will be using this flash for sure. Didn't try for a portrait yet. The gn number is not that great but I didn't buy this flash for distance. And we also can use this flash as a modelling lamp. The zoom also works.

Seems to be working very well, the batteries last a long time on macro usage. This is with the power ratio turned down to 1/16 which suits my work. It is light and easily on the front of all my lenses when the correct adapter ( provided with the kit ) if fitted to suit the filter thread on the lens front.

I received it yesterday, after all afternoon of experiments I came to the conclusion that the flash is very creative and can be used in many ways and the truth is that I like it a lot. On the other hand, the package I received looked like it was run over by a truck but I even thought it was funny.

Hello, having already bought a Ring flash from Amazon, and having been disappointed and returned the item, which only had one contact in the shoe, this one is SUPER BRILLIANT, no return of light flash on the metal, no more moiré on the reds, tried it in position (SCN macro), (automatic), (A +), (M) on a Canon 80D, EF 100 mm 1:2.8 L IS USM lens and a SIGMA DC18-250 1:3.5-6.3 MACRO HSM it does the job SUPER, I am pleasantly surprised? I hesitated for a while before reordering, don't forget to open an account with the manufacturer, to cover their 2-year warranty with your order number: XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX, don't hesitate any longer, it's worth it, less expensive than the brand's, we'll see over time. On the other hand, I had asked for a shipment in neutral Amazon packaging, by checking the box at the time of payment, and well it is not the case, sent without protection, one star less, for this service not respected (see photo of the shipment)..@+

Very happy with the purchase. The order arrived SUPER FAST. I ordered it for my partner (dentist) who needs it to photograph his patients' mouths. I have done 4 tests at home and I am so happy with it that I am going to buy another one for myself. Definitely a good purchase :D

As you probably know, Canon flashes can get pricey, especially if you’re a beginner or amateur photographer and can’t see yourself spending so much on a flash. Luckily, this flash does everything you can need it to, and does is at a great price.
The flash is powered by 4 AA batteries, can be used on camera, or off camera with the included stand and has the capability to be used as a “master” flash with a cable (not included) or a slave flash in conjunction with other flashes, including the pop up flash on your camera.
The build quality of the unit is great. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy and the flash head does have tilt and rotation adjustments.
Flash power is selectable so you can decide how much light to add to your photo and recharge time is great at all levels, with lower flash levels being pretty much instant.
There is a carry case included, as well as the flash stand and a diffuser. The one thing that isn’t included is the flash (PC) cord, but I assume that’s because not all cameras will use the same cord type and it’s impossible to include all the different cables required.

When I got a new Canon D77, my older Metz flash and SIGMA ring light would no longer work. I took a chance on the K&F Concept KF-150 E-TTL ring flash, and I'm happy that it works well with the D77.
