Good filter for price. I'm not a professional or any kind of expert but I just needed it for outdoors for my dslr. It does the trick.

Pretty smooth operation. you will have to switch to manual focus and over-expose a bit with the Canon T6, as the meter and autofocus don't work as well with the filter. (as is true with many polarizing filters.) I am using this on my Canon EF-S 24mm F2.8 STM.With that in mind, the filter is consistent across the frame, Colours seem to be true.Edit: I found the underexposure and focus issue, I was testing it in a dim room. I took it outdoors today and they all ran fine. (I was running into the limits of my in-camera metering and autofocus at low light.)

I took some long exposure photos of waterfalls in the middle of the afternoon and got beautiful results. I'm no professional, but to me, there was no noticeable color cast. I love it, and I'm going to order one that will fit my other lens, too.

When I bought this filter, I did not have really high expectation, as I only wanted a cheap ND filter to fulfill my photography need. Surprisingly this filter is actually quite good. I used it to take pictures of landscape and waterfalls, and the results were satisfactory. It has a low profile, and I am not able to see light distortion in my pictures. For the price it offers and the quality it provides, I recommend this filter.

It does what I wanted it to do: make back-lit scenes less like silhouettes, and more like naturally lit scenes, like sunsets, etc. What really got me to give it a 3 star rating was the fact that you can't snap the lens cover over it. It's bigger than other filters like a UV filter, for instance. Fits the lens fine, but I have to take it off, every time I stash the camera in my bag. If I'm doing landscapes I don't want the camera out if I have to scramble over some rocks, or whatever. Poorly designed for active photographers.

Pour le prix, cet article fera très bien l'affaire pour commencer à étudier la longue exposition en photographie. Je n'ai pas vu de dégradation de l'image lors de la prise de photos. La lingette est pratique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je le recommande.

This variable ND filter is OK at best, it does cause a thick black X when trying to use at full effect, about mid-range and full zoom, it works great. With that being said, for the price I wasn't expecting the results from a much higher priced ND filter. I don't use this often, and works for what I want, but I will be buying individual density specific ND filters from now on. It's still a good product, just not what I was "hoping" for.
