Installed on my lense figured out how to adjust it and then got some good pictures of the eclipse, Worked perfectly.

I took some long exposure photos of waterfalls in the middle of the afternoon and got beautiful results. I'm no professional, but to me, there was no noticeable color cast. I love it, and I'm going to order one that will fit my other lens, too.

I ordered three of these variable ND filters for my Canon lenses and have found these filters to be of excellent quality. The filters operate in the same way a polarizing filter does. The outer rim of each filter is knurled for easy grip and adjustment. The outer lens is slightly larger than the inner lens which accomodates the view of wide angle lenses.

Just as the 77mm didn't fit on my lens with a 77mm diameter, so this one did not fit on my 72mm diameter lens. Have to use tape to keep it fixed to the lens, which is a pain in the gluteus. Also, have to tweak it (especially a maximum) to avoid vignetting around the periphery. But when you get it in the right position, it's a game changer for both photography and videography.

the product was exactly as described. When its too bright, it produces a flare in the images but otherwise works amazing! makes the color pop and gives an amazing quality.
