Very nice filter. Seems to be no difference in image quality. I attached an image I got with the filter attached. It is fitted over a hoya UV filter as well. The lens rotates smoothly and has marks so you know with you are at the min or max. It’s nice to have one on your lens for outdoor shoots so you don’t have to keep swapping out different filters with lighting changes.

This is a great add on to cover the need for ND filtration. No more swapping out filters to find the right one and changing on the fly, this works perfectly. Just turn to make changes more or less ND. Simple. The only caveat I must include, as you may have seen other reviews making complaints, is that it will require you step up the size of your lens cap to accommodate it so when ordering it also order the next size up lens cap and you'll be glad you did. I highly recommend this variable ND filter.

Here in Arizona we have 320 sunny days a year. The sun is bright and intense. A ND filter is pretty much a must if you want control over the quality of the video you are shooting. This particular variable ND filter works well on my Fuji X-T4. It allows me to set my lens at f4 and keep the exposure perfect. Setting the lens at f4 means it will be in the sharpness sweet zone, thereby producing great video. It is a great ND filter for the money spent.

It is definitely a learning curve to use Variable ND filters so sometimes it's a battle but most of the time I get great shots. I took these pics with a Panasonic G85 with Panasonic 25mm f1.7 Lens (ASIN B014RD6RC0) with stepping lens kit. But I normally use the ND Filter with the Kit lens from the G85. Would I recommend it? Yes, but only if you want to learn when and why to use ND Filters in the first place. You can't just buy ND filters and expect miracles. Get to learn how to use it, when and why and you're set. Once you learn, you will end up loving these filters.

Works well, not good for wide angle lens though. Good over all for the price, and picture is clear.

This filter is excellent to capture long exposure photos! I like to use it to capture waterfall shots, even mid day! The variable element is perfect to be able to adjust on the fly without having to switch out filters! I’m excited to continue using it!
