Wow,What a great gear, this is my first fitness tracker,This watch is amazing. Not only does it track my steps but it helps me keep track of my calories and my heart rate in those long workouts at the gym. I will definitely be recommending the Tracker to family and friends. I've been trying out a few replacement options to my automatic watch that just gave out. I got the red band and I have to admit I really like it, and I've always been a big fan of traditional black in the past. The watch face only has one button but is super responsive and is easy to read and understand how to use it. You do have to use the VeryFitPro app to use the watch with your phone, or at least that's the only app I am aware of that works with this band - but the app has enough features to make it useful so I'm okay with that. I've been tracking my sleeping habits and I'm hoping that I'll be able to find ways to change my daily routine to sleep better and be more well rested.

I'm not someone who normally wares watches because I don't find them comfortable. But I got this watch because of all of the different functions, and I wanted to monitor my sleep. Unfortunately out of all of the functions the watch does that is one that does not work. It records my workouts great, and counts my steeps but will not account for my sleep. I've now had it for a few months and only about a weeks worth of data for sleep has been recorded.

So far this has been great. It does everything it claims to do. I love it for keeping up with my steps and miles during a workout! It alerts you of text messages and calls which is so nice because you don’t have to check your phone constantly! Oh, and the sleep pattern tracker is scary accurate!

I have gone thru several fitbits and I am glad I bought this one. It does all the same things for half the price. It is very good quality.
