I was slightly dubious of purchasing a less than well known brand from the other side of the world but the binoculars arrived within a week. They are well made and the image quality is excellent. Would be suitable for all but the small percentage of rich outdoor enthusiasts who can afford absolute excellence. If I nitpicked I would match the thickness of the left eyepiece boss with the diopter adjuster which is about 1mm thicker, a purely cosmetic consideration. I'm so impressed Ive just ordered the 10X42 version.

I found these to be a good quality, good value for money, lightweight pair of binoculars, with a look & spec. similar to others on Amazon, such as those marked as “8x32 Puffin Binoculars”.They arrived packaged in a cardboard box, with no manufacturers name, but marked “HIGH QUALITY BINOCULARS”.Also inside the box was a fabric carry case with attached short shoulder strap, a neck strap for you to attach to the binoculars, a lens cleaning cloth, & a small instruction leaflet in Chinese.The binoculars central focus ring is marked “FULLY COATED 8x32 384FT@1000YDS” (8x magnification with a 32mm diameter object lens & a 384ft diameter view at a distance of 1000yrds).The soft rubber lens caps covering the object lens can be flipped down or completely removed, whilst the joined caps covering each eyepiece have to come completely off, (so put them somewhere safe!).To set-up the binoculars, first set the viewing distance from your eyes to the eyepiece by turning each eyepiece spacer fully anticlockwise (may not be needed if you are wearing glasses). Then close your right eye whilst adjusting the central focus ring to bring an object in *focus for your left eye, then close your left eye & fine tune the focus for your right eye using only the right eyepiece focus adjustment ring, from then on you only need to use the central focus ring to bring objects into *focus. (*Focus from about 5 metres to affinity). When finished don`t forget to close the eyepiece spacers fully clockwise, or the binoculars won`t fit back in their case.Before I purchased these binoculars I tried several with differing magnifications & lens diameters, the higher the magnification the more difficult it was to hold the view steady by hand, the larger the lens the bigger the view, but the binoculars tend to be bigger & heavier.The K&F Concept 8 X 32 Compact Binoculars weigh 497 grams with lens caps & neck strap in place, which for me is light enough to leave hanging from the neck strap whilst walking, but available for use as required. Yes you may find better binoculars out there, but I think you will pay a lot more money for them!

These are very good value. The image is clear across the field of view and there is little CA; the coatings are doing their job well. For being a non ED glass, they perform well and compare well against my more expensive established makes. They will fit in a biggish pocket, but do come with a reasonable bag and strap.Update 24 Feb 18 : now with more time to use these back to back with other more expensive makes, there is a noticeable lack of sharpness at the edges. This is not really bad, but can be seen. Considering they are a third of the cost, they are still a good value for money. I have dropped one star.

Clear optics giving a great image.Smooth / damped adjustments.Compact with solid construction with no dodgy finishing inside the barrels like I've seen on other budget bins.

The box it came in looked a bit cheap, but the binoculars are not! I would say great value on these. Very happy with these guys, exactly as described.

surprisingly good quality and the low weight is a bonus

Used for whale watching in the San Francisco Bay . They were amazing , didn't fog up ! Light weight . Easy to adjust for viewing .

These binoculars work very well but they are not so small, nor so light. They weigh1lb and are about 5 x 4 inches at their most compacted.

These compact binoculars may be compact but they are clear and as sharp as a full size set. The plastic is strong and durable. Comes with lenses covers for each and ever lense. Also has a nice bag for storage. It has a place for a longer handle. Convenient compact set.

This binocular is really well made. It allows for high adjustability for its lenses and focal points to get a clear shot. The binocular comes with a nice carrying case with a neck strap that is pretty hard to attach (not a big deal though). It also comes with a nice cleaning cloth.The binoculars itself is really nice since it keeps the lenses covered quite well with rubber caps. The zoom on it is also pretty good. I would say that for its zoom and compact size, it's quite a bit cheaper than some of the other binoculars I found on Amazon. Good deal though for good quality binoculars.
