The light stand it’s built extremely well. The rubber feet keep it balance, there is a hook for a sandbag for safety, and the lashes that lock the light stand in position are very very secure. The lights down has a unique adjusting mechanism that takes a bit getting used to, but after you get used to it, you quickly learned that it is your favorite.I would recommend this to anyone opposed to the original cheap light stands

It’s an awesome stand for middle/small light. I’m using it with LED light and it works perfect. I can quickly set up it for shooting, and it’s not heavy. it also has three position.

This light stand is a lot more than I thought I was getting! For the price I thought I was buying a light weight stand and for what I wanted, that would work. This stand can do so much more then hold a small camera. It will hold any of my medium sized lights with ease and it has a nice sand bag hook in the bottom to add Wight! The anodizing is nicely done and the look and feel is very professional. Need an extra stand.. This is your choice!

Okay so I'll start by saying while it could be better it's still miles better than any other light stand I've used. That is why I still went with 5 stars. If I were more specific I'd say 4.99 stars. Pros vmost light stands don't fold up as small as this one and typically when the fold it's the ones with the hinges between the legs if that makes sense. This on floods closer to tripod style which is super convenient. Coms most of it is plastic but it's also cheaper than some of the major names out there that are less convenient. Extended all the way out it's a little wobbly but that is typically the case with most light stands. Overall it's worth it because of the legs.

Very compact, light weight and sturdy stand! Tired of carrying a heave C-stand everywhere for a second light, this is perfect to hide behind subjects on pictures, I love it!

With all the stands that I have used before this one definitely is better one. I have used few times already and I think this will live up to its intended use and matter of fact do its job way better. I like the locking system it has, quite unique and easy. Mounting instruments is never easier than this. rugged quality and use, it can handle and I look for using this for long time.
