I expected this to be cheap and flimsy - it is not. Just works - buy it!

Really nicely made but comes with no instructions, so if you get a Canon FD lens version (I got the one to convert FD lenses to a m43 camera) then when you attach the lens (I'd suggest doing it off-camera initially) you need to (i) have the adapter set to the open position (i.e. rotated as far as you can in the direction of the "open" arrow, not with "open" at the top) and (ii) still check the aperture pin on the adapter passes the correct side of the lens' aperture lever, as otherwise the lens won't stop down (on my Canon 50mm f1.8 it's the straight side). Overall I'm very pleased. I think I'd have preferred flocking instead of machining for anti-reflection inside the adapter, but it's good all the same. Probably 4.5 stars if I could select that.

Build quality seems great. Have not had it long enough to provide a full review but would buy another. Great value.

I bought this adapter so I could use my Nikon G lenses on my Panasonic G6 camera body. The adapter is very well made and is mostly metal construction. It fitted snugly onto my camera (no nasty play) and I fitted my lens on with ease. I also like the fact it comes with a clickable aperture control which is great for video use. Very impressed with K & F products and superb value for money.

i was a bit sceptical about the quality, given the price, but i was very surprised by the actual adapter.it's a good fit on both camera and lens and seems very well made.it looks like it should last a long time.

This is so much better than I was expecting. I have read some real horror stories about these kind of lens adaptors. Fortunately this one is very well built, and the fit is ever so slightly tight, but I would rather have tight than wobally. Excellent value product. Best used in aperture priority mode.

I did ask the question before purchasing if this adapter would work with other nikon type lenses ie. Af-d and ai. Now that I have the item I can tell you it does! You just have to put adapter in the open position and then use the lens aperture ring. Only loses one star because the aperture ring on adapter makes it tricky to remove lens

I am writing this review for the K&F adapter AI(G)-M4/3.This is the adapter that enables you to connect Nikon G AF lenses to Micro four thirds camera bodies.I have recently started using mirrorless cameras after using Nikon DSLR's.for some time I have been looking for a good adapter so that I can use my nikon lenses on my mirrorless bodies. The spec for this particular adapter only mentions Panasonic models, but after reading the glowingreviews I decided to purchase one to try on my Olympus EM1 and EM5.At the price this adapter is, what had I got to loose?I have to tell you that the reviews about the quality and fit of this adapter are not exaggerated. All metal construction and precision fit on both camera body and lens.So if you have an Olympus OMD EM5 or EM 1 and you want to fit Nikon lenses to it this is the adapter.Of course you will have to use it manually no electronic connections, but with focus peaking and auto ISOenabled it's a breeze, it has a aperture ring to enable you to stop the lens down so you get nice depth offield from your Nikon primes. So the heading for this should also read fits Olympus OMD cameras too.Thank you Amazon for a very speedy one day deliveryFive star product and five star service from Amazon.

Bought this to attach a pair of manual Nikkor lenses (35-70mm f2.8 & 80-200mm f2.8) to a Panasonic GH4. The adaptors secure snugly to both the lens and the camera body with no wobbling or noticeable 'give'. The lenses sit nicely and even the huge 80-200mm feels safe and secure. Images from the lenses with the adapter are excellent.Documentation is a little on the light side - it's possible to put the lens on upside down but that will soon become obvious if you do and it won't lock properly. It's important to twist the silver ring after fitting in order to engage the aperture control ring of the lens. If you're changing the aperture with no effect, this is probably the reason.
