Canon FD Lens to Micro Four Thirds M4/3 Olympus Pen and Panasonic Lumix Cameras Lens Mount Adapter Ring
SKU: KF06.091
Got this adapter for my GH5 to fit some vintage Fujca lens's inherited from my late uncles camera. Build quality is good and the lens is sturdy when mounted. For the cost its a no brainer, id recommend to anyone wanting to use vintage lenses. The only issue I had was on a longer zoom lens ( 130mm ) did not have very good focus range, the focus range was very narrow and could not reach infinity. The 55mm I have also however works great.

This adapter ring has been perfect for me to use a Nikon 50mm f1.8G lens on my Lumix GH4... for the price it is great, it is not too heavy and works excellently and smoothly. The only thing is that the aperture ring may not give you all the aperture steps, if there are 15 for example it goes from the first to the last but it may miss some in between, or at least that is my feeling, apart from the fact that it is not marked what number of aperture you would be using, but let's be realistic it is a manual adapter, let's not ask for pears from the elm tree and at that price.
It comes in its box well protected by bubble wrap and as an observation it does not have any type of caps, something to keep in mind if you want to carry it loose.
As a detail to highlight, at first the adapter did not fit well with the lens because I put it in its position but it did not finish turning until the butterfly screw made a "click" at the end of the travel and I did not force it, the cause was that although they are polished metals they do not come with lubrication for obvious reasons, so when you get to that "stop" you just have to apply a little more force turning (don't worry, nothing will happen) and at the same time apply a little pressure up and down intermittently until it clicks... it is only the first time, the others are already more fluid... I hope it helps :)

It arrived a day early, very well wrapped and new, I'm just waiting for the camera to attach a Canon lens to it...

Adapter as described all in aluminum well built, very important the connections are precise without play at the moment I did some tests with the Nikon 50 F1.8G you can adjust the diaphragms and the results are excellent. I recommend the purchase to use Nikon lenses on the small Oly. obviously in manual focus

Used to mount a Canon FD 50mm f1.8 on my Olympus OMD EM10 and it works perfectly. Tightening the ring + lens is a knack but once in place there is no play or risk of it falling off. + receipt of the package in 1 working day... Perfect!

Great adapter, perfectly built. The only thing missing is the graduation on the aperture ring. You have to imagine it "by eye".
Otherwise, it does its job perfectly.
P.S. I'm adding photos of its use with an Olympus OMD-EM-1 camera.

You can feel the solid build quality when picking this adapter up. It's metal rather than plastic, and feels like it can hold a good weighty lens (although I'd always use a lens support as well). I'm using this adapter to connect a Lumix GH5 to a Samyang 24mm cine lens, and it works beautifully.
Just keep in mind that this is for manual lenses only. This adapter doesn't connect auto-focus or auto-aperture. For that you'd have to spend hundreds of pounds on a Speed booster.

A perfect adapter, for construction, efficiency and quality-price. It is completely made of metal, the version for Nikkor (G) lenses that I purchased is also equipped with a ring for manual adjustment of the aperture of the diaphragm. This is because, obviously, there is no electronic contact and both the focus and the aperture must be adjusted manually.
I mounted it on an Olympus EM-10mII for old Nikon lenses that I owned, no problems encountered, excellent way to ""recycle"" a lens. Especially if you consider the price, really competitive.
The adapter arrives in a well-protected and packaged box.
Excellent, as usual, the shipping, fast and punctual.
Absolutely recommended.

It is simply an adapter, which for the price it has is perfect. In my case I use it on my Lumix G7 (which although it is not on the list, yes, it can be used with the aforementioned camera) and several Canon lenses. For this price I don't think you can find a better adapter, it has just what is necessary but with quality. I recommend it.
