I have bought many (way too many) tripods and tripod /monopod combinations. This is light enough, very sturdy, and the locking mechanisms are working very well. The ability to use two ball head to get the position I need is very helpful. I don't usually like using tripods but that is changing as I this one makes it quick, easy and readily carried.I did have an issue with the first tripod I received but this vendor replaced it immediately . Excellent customer service.Looks great - and just had a 6Dwith a 100mm l lens attached on the top segment at right angles - rock solid.

This tripod is easy to carry and collapses nicely. It's lightweight and sets up easily. It does feel just a little flimsy when you have a larger lens on. With that said it is definitely worth the money.

Simple to use. You can literally set this tripod for any shot you can think of. There are so many options. Itnis well built and sturdy so I don't have to worry about my camera getting smashed. Reliable and can take a beating.

Very good tripod for your camera!!! I have a Nikon D5200 and it has been alread a good companion for my trip in Australia. Used in windy and dirty situations also used to carry with me along my walks in its case with strap. Very easy to carry and quick to deploy, sill sturdy and able to lock your camera in windy weather. I didn’t use properly the orizzontal boom yet, but I found it very easy to use and very usefull for tutorial on table or for macro photos. The opportunity to loock the camera in a specific position, and still move it in orizzontal way, it’s usefull for pano or wide seen, but also feels like an hydraulic movement as it’s so smooth.

I got this to use with overhead product shots that I will be taking with my Canon SL2. For my camera, as you can see in the video, I don't even need any additional weight to support the tripod. The camera adapter plate is made of plastic but the build quality overall seems durable for my indoor use. It has telescoping legs and can be turned upside down as well if you wish to do so. I'm excited to use it more for overhead work as that's what I got it for.

This tripod is perfect! I'm trying to learn how to do Stop Motion Videos, and this transverse tripod allows me to shoot upside down and completely horizontal to my table, so I can get the perfect picture. This is definitely worth the investment, i tried two other tripods and leaning them over. this is sturdy and lets me keep the tripod still with a weight, and the extended arm lets me shoot on top of the table. Best investment ever.

I saw this tripod had a transverse center column and really wanted one to do some interesting vertical photos. I tested it out this weekend, and I will say, I am liking the tripod a lot! I have never owned a tripod with a center column like this, but after using it, I really like how low you can get with this tripod. The only downside is that if you put the center column all the way to the right, it may not balance well, especially if your camera is heavy.In addition, I think there is a problem with the fluid ball head. One time, the head was stuck, and would not move, even when it was loosened up. I'm not sure exactly why this happened but just to keep in mind. Other than that, I have not had any other problems, and since it is so light, I will most likely use this for all my traveling!

I like almost everything about this tripod besides the fact that it is not carbon fiber. I live in Texas so the weather is quite hot, while this is inside the car, noncarbon fiber tripods can absord heat to the point where a touch can burn your hands. Besides that I think this is a very versatile tripod as it allows for ease of travel. I really like the twist knobs which makes setting up much easier with just a 1/4 turn with a full hand grip extending it out completely. One of the legs allows for a monopod mode which enables more flexibility while shooting. I think this tripod is great for traveling as it is compact and lightweight. Overall it is a tripod that I would recommend and fits very well in a good budget.
